Grow Salone was founded in 2019 to bridge the skills gap between university and the workplace. Along with our direct-to-customer offerings, we now provide world-class professional skills training, performance-support, and consultancy services to some of the largest organisations in Sierra Leone.

We are proud to have been recently consulted to create high-quality training contents for delivery through UNICEF’s world-wide e-learning platform, the Learning Passport.

We also provide regular support to the EU Delegation in Sierra Leone, in up-skilling their staff with essential professional skills, competencies and behaviours, and on-going performance-support services.

We provide regular training and recruitment support for World Bank funded programmes through our numerous partners.
