IOM Business Skills Training
We were awarded a project to conduct Business Skills Training under the International Organization for Migration (IOM) initiative funded by European Union, aimed at empowering migrant returnees and vulnerable youth with practical business knowledge. The training focused on:
- Entrepreneurship and Business Planning
- Financial Management and Record-Keeping
- Marketing, Sales, and Customer Relations
- Practical Skills to Start and Sustain Small Businesses
The program equipped participants with the tools and confidence to launch and grow their own ventures, contributing to sustainable livelihoods and economic empowerment.
