IOM TVET Training – 2024
In 2024, Life By Design (LBD) was awarded a contract by the International Organization for Migration (IOM) to implement a Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET) program for migrant returnees. The initiative focused on equipping beneficiaries with practical skills and livelihood opportunities to support their reintegration into society.
The training covered various skill areas, including:
- Electrical Installation
- Hairdressing and Beauty Care
- Driving
- Handiwork and Artisan Trades
Through this project, LBD contributed to empowering returnees with market-relevant skills, fostering self-reliance, and creating pathways for sustainable employment.
